Job description
Requirements:
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Experience in customer facing roles or negotiations
- Willingness to work with client (via phone/mail) and proactive approach
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with others
- Handling multi and ad-hoc tasks
- Additional experience or educational background in procurement /logistics/Supply Chain would be an asset
- Language: French – C1 and English – min B2 (essential for client communication purposes)
- SAP knowledge nice to have
Responsibilities:
- Work on activities related to supply chain process in aeronautics: PR analysis, PO management, quotes creation, export control licenses management, material sales management, material substitution, SO/STO, return order flow, delivery dates collaboration, delivery monitoring, missing parts management, dispute management
- Interact closely with Front Officer/focal points for any clarifications, complex work, and updates
- Stock level management in SAP system: stock optimization
- Document process documentation and standard methodologies
- Facilitate and/or participate in team and customer meetings
- To interact directly with Suppliers and clients for day-to-day work
- Reaching the business (Service Level Agreement) and personal targets
- Ensuring efficiency & high quality of the performed processes
- Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
