The Infosys BPM Birmingham delivery centre (DC) was established in 2018, and is the first BPM DC in the UK. Starting with 1 major UK-based client, we have grown and developed ourselves as a key player in the UK outsourcing market over the last 5 years, supporting several FTSE listed companies based in the UK.
We offer a wide range of market-leading services, however our core focus lies in human resources, finance and accounting, and payroll, where we are rapidly establishing ourselves as the centre of excellence in the UK. We support clients across sectors such as global contract catering, manufacturing, education, and financial services.
Our team members elevate service delivery by moving it up the value chain. This is done by maximising value from operations through improved process control and development. Additionally, we uncover valuable business insights and drive positive change. We accomplish this by focusing on three strategic priorities: People, Process, and Technology.
