• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in CDD/EDD or AML/KYC or Compliance/Quality Assurance specialist roles within banking or financial institutions with minimum of 3 years of experience in process management working with diverse team
• Solid understanding of AML/KYC regulations and risk-based approaches
• Experience in handling both retail and business customers.
• Proficient excel skills and professional email writing ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
• Call handling and customer service experience within a customer due diligence team.
• Strong communication skills with both customers and internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Hybrid working post completing process certification.
