Regional Category Buyer / Market Lead (M&S)
Infosys Poland Sp. z o. o. -Lodz

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation and execution of regional and global sourcing strategies at country/cluster level
• Execution of sourcing projects including full end to end management (spend analysis, sourcing projects opportunityidentification, RFQ, scope discussion and clarification, sourcing execution, contract management and reporting)
• RFXs preparation and execution including eSourcing solutions
• Negotiations, contract terms discussion, savings documentation and reporting
• Build and maintain relationships with client Stakeholders including cross functional teams in Engineering department, Finance, Controlling and/or Logistic depending on project needs
• Ensure full compliance with global defined documents
• Delivery on key procurement SLA/KPI: savings, payment terms negotiation, delivery terms and others
• Alert on hurdles time delays & supplier issues in managed market / commodity
• Market Insights & Intelligence- identify opportunities for cost optimization and value creation
• Stakeholder Management & Operational Support: partner with business teams to understand requirements and priorities, provide guidance on procurement processes and sourcing strategies, identify and implement cost-saving and value-generation initiatives, drive productivity projects
• Team Management (including coaching, support in target realization, reporting, proactive work on team satisfaction and motivation, performance appraisal)

• Over 9 years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management
• Experience working across multiple markets or regions
• Good understanding of MRO/Services categories
• Experience in RFQs, contracting, and supplier management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work in an international and matrix environment
• Proven experience in Team Management
• Proactive, results-driven, and solution-oriented approach
• Knowledge of procurement tools (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Coupa, etc.)
• English C1
