Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
Record to Report Team Lead (RTR)
Location: Lodz - hybrid work

Responsibilities:
Supporting the transition of RTR processes from multiple countries, including knowledge transfer, stabilization of operations, and embedding standardized ways of working across newly onboarded markets
Managing team performance to ensure timely and accurate execution of all RTR activities in line with defined SLAs and KPIs
Monitoring service delivery risks, implementing mitigation actions, and ensuring full adherence to SOPs, internal policies, and audit requirements
Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to build capability and strengthen expertise within the team
Providing day‑to‑day operational support to team members in resolving process‑related issues
Managing client communication, including handling escalations and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships

Requirements:
University diploma preferred, ideally in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in the Record to Report (R2R) area
Strong financial and accounting expertise as well as comprehensive, end‑to‑end RTR process knowledge
Proven experience in a Team Leader role (minimum 1 year)
Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 would be a strong asset
Experience in process transitions or migrations will be considered an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in managing daily client interactions, including handling escalations
