Job description
RTR Specialist with Italian
Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. - Łódź - Hybrid 3/2
We are looking for a candidate with:
Accounting / Finance Graduate / Post Graduate - Qualified Accountants or Intermediate Accountants preferred
Good people management skills, functional / domain knowledge in F&A processes
Good analytical skills and experience on process simplification / transformation.
2+ years of F&A experience of which 1- 2 years of General Ledger experience.
Italian and English skills on min B2 level (essential for client's communication purposes)
ERP experience mandatory (MS Dynamics would be an asset)
Your key activities:
Execute day to day operational tasks such as Journal Entries, Reconciliations, Intercompany, Consolidations, Month end close activities, fixed assets
Train team members on various processes and domain related requirements
Identify and execute transformation projects
Act as a knowledge manager (Documentation, updating, version control)
Ensure quality of the deliverables
Problem solving skills
Understanding of the relevant F&A Processes
Follow the documented procedures, understanding of Client processes, active team player with good communication and documentation skills
