Senior Accounting Team Lead (OTC) with German

We are looking for a candidate with:
Very good English (minimum B2) – essential for client communication purposes
Very good German (minimum C1) – essential for client communication purposes
Minimum 4 years of leadership experience on the similar position
Customer orientation and experience in maintaining relationships with the client on
Experience in OtC area (preferable BPO or SSC)
Experience in performing month/year-end procedures
Very good communication skills
Ability to make decisions and improvements
Very good organizational & time management skills on
Higher education

Your key activities:
Team Management and Building
Performing cash collection
Cash application
Deductions management
Orders management (review/ unblocking)
Credit limit review
Performing period/year end closing activities for Invoice to Customer process
Creation and update of process documentation
SLA management
