Quality Analyst with English

We are looking for a candidate with:

English a minimum B2 level (essential for client communication)
Experience in quality (corporate / SSC / BPO environment) and reporting area
Preferred process experience: AR
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Customer orientation and proactive approach
Very good knowledge of Excell

Your key activities:
Performing quality checks on transactions
Root cause analysis, identifying corrective and preventive actions
Monitoring correctness and accuracy of quality checks performed by respective teams
Support in collection of quality related artefacts - regular review and update
Audits on adherence to work instructions
Maintaining cooperation with Quality Lead/Manager with regards to quality related aspects
