Regional Category Buyer / Market Lead (M&S)
Infosys Poland Sp. z o. o. -Lodz

Key Responsibilities

• Execute regional and global sourcing strategies at country/cluster level; Lead and manage RFQs (Request for Quotation) and supplier negotiations; ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and tools; support smooth procurement operations and timely delivery
• Supplier Management- build and maintain strong relationships with local and regional suppliers; monitor supplier performance, quality, and service levels, ensure continuity of supply and mitigate risks proactively
• Market Insights & Intelligence- identify opportunities for cost optimization and value creation
• Stakeholder Management & Operational Support: partner with business teams to understand requirements and priorities, provide guidance on procurement processes and sourcing strategies, identify and implement cost-saving and value-generation initiatives, drive productivity projects

• Over 9 years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management
• Experience working across multiple markets or regions
• Good understanding of M&S categories (Material & Services)
• Experience in RFQs, contracting, and supplier management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work in an international and matrix environment
• Proactive, results-driven, and solution-oriented approach
• Knowledge of procurement tools (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Coupa, etc.)
