As part of a large‑scale global transformation, a world‑leading FMCG company has partnered with Infosys to redesign and elevate its Global Business Services (GBS) to world‑class standards. To support this journey, we are seeking a GBS Global Transition Lead who will lead top-tier process transitions that align with ongoing transformation initiatives in our Bucharest delivery center. The GBS Global Transition Lead will ensure all transitions support organizational goals and are completed on schedule, maintaining high quality within the GBS operating model. They will oversee various transitions in areas such as Supply Chain, Finance, and Supplier Operations, applying proven methodologies, standards, and industry best practices.
Your tasks in detail:
- Execute transitions on every step (solution identification, knowledge transfer, ramp-up, hyper care, and handover to operations);
- Monitor transition performance, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies;
- Follow governance structures, reporting standards, and performance metrics for all transitions;
- Contribute to the successful execution of complex transitions and transformation projects, including ERP implementations and demergers;
- Ensure the quality meets the agreed budget and timelines.
Skills you need to be part of the team:- Minimum 8 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in managing end-to-end transitions;
- Proven track record managing various transitions within GBS, SSC, BPO, GCC;
- Experience with transformation programs, including ERP implementations and carve-outs/demergers (is a plus);
- Strong stakeholder management skills;
- High level of ownership and quality standard with day-to-day operations;
- Understanding of PMO governance, portfolio management and change management principles;
- Experience working in GBS / Shared Services / COE models with global stakeholders.
