As part of a large‑scale global transformation, a world‑leading FMCG company has partnered with Infosys to redesign and elevate its Global Business Services (GBS) to world‑class standards. To support this journey, we are seeking a Source to Pay Transformation Lead (GBS), with deep domain expertise across Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P), who will play a critical role in improving processes and ensuring operational excellence in our Bucharest delivery center. The Source to Pay Transformation Lead (GBS) is accountable for shaping and executing the procurement strategy within GBS and for standing up and/or scaling a Procurement/S2P hub (including offshore delivery where applicable). The role ensures stable service delivery while driving the transformation roadmap, standardizing ways of working, clarifying governance and intake, building hub capability, and enabling productivity through process simplification, automation, and AI-enabled improvements.

Your tasks in detail:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and key stakeholders across GBS, driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives in the Source-to-Pay (S2P) space;
  • Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills to influence senior leadership, drive boardroom discussions, and deliver high-impact presentations;
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure seamless end-to-end transformation and stable operations across the S2P/P2P landscape;
  • Provide expert leadership on global S2P suite implementations and enhancements, applying best practices and roadmap strategies to maximize value realization and adoption;
  • Lead and support multi-country deployments across GBS, ensuring consistent rollout approaches while adapting to regional compliance, tax, and business requirements;
  • Define and present compelling value propositions and ROI metrics of S2P processes/systems, benchmarking against other leading procurement practices in the market;
  • Understand business unit requirements and pain points to propose scalable, future-ready, and business-aligned solutions for TMICC’s procurement operating model and toolset;

Skills you need to be part of the team:
  • Very good English Language skills (oral and written);
  • Serve as a domain expert in Source-to-Pay, staying abreast of industry trends, GenAI innovations, and procurement technology to continuously enhance advisory impact;
  • Leverage Generative AI and advanced analytics to deliver smarter procurement insights, predictive recommendations, and strategic automation opportunities;
  • 12–18 years of experience in implementation, transformation, or operations excellence roles within the Source-to-Pay (S2P) or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) domain;
  • Domain expertise in leading procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, GEP SMART, SAP S/4HANA (MM / procurement integration), or similar cloud-based suites;
  • Proven track record of managing global S2P implementations with strong understanding of both upstream (sourcing, contracts) and downstream (procurement, invoicing, payments) processes;
  • Strong advisory and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders on procurement transformation strategies.
