Job description
Location: Sibiu/Bucharest
To Be Successful You Will Need to Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (a combination of education and experience will be considered);
- Fluent in French and English language (reading/writing/speaking);
- Sales experience is mandatory, minimum 2 years experience;
- Experience with acquisition customer and key accounts management is preferred;
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred;
- Knowledge of IT industry preferred;
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills;
- Must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter;
- Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Customer / Client facing experience would be handy
The job includes:
- Identifying and Qualifying Opportunities;
- Preparing and managing end to end customer proposals including pricing activities;
- Closing the deal;
- Continuously covering existing customer relations and acquiring new customers;
- Point of contact for account/ leads and business partners alike
- Day to day account management in driving account revenue and profit by proactive back and front office support dutie
- Logging of calls and action/managing items from calls (follow up)
- Working with account /leads to effectively manage sales opportunities and forecasting
- Liaising with sales support teams and resolving customer issues
- Escalation of sales issues effectively to sales team and management
- Liaising with Business Partners and Field Sales Account Managers for day to day order management and escalation to order desk
- Assist with quarterly sales campaigning within account set
- Closing sales opportunities
- Identifying new opportunities within Business Partners and assigned customers.
