Sourcing Lead with Italian
Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. - Łódź

We are looking for a candidate with:
- Approximately 4 years of experience in Sourcing/Tail Spend
- Knowledge of English and Italian at least B2 level - essential for client communication purposes
- Higher education
- Strong operational sourcing ability for tactical, urgent, and mid-complexity needs
- Ability to interpret category strategies and align tactical buying decisions accordingly
- Expertise in supplier comparison, TCO thinking, and negotiation frameworks
- Strong documentation and compliance rigor
- Ability to manage a small buyer team
- Solid stakeholder management and expectation handling

Your key activities:
- Lead tactical sourcing & buying for low-value spend across GNFR domains
- Validate supplier responses; ensure alignment with T&Cs & contractual baselines
- Negotiate quickly with suppliers while maintaining compliance standards (aligned with Spot Buyer & Ops Buyer Specialist duties)
- Identify repeat purchases suitable for cataloging or contracting
- Drive supplier consolidation opportunities to reduce tail fragmentation
- Escalate risk areas (single-source, excessive lead times, non-compliant requests)
- Train junior TSM analysts in tactical sourcing practices
- Govern spot-buy pipeline reporting, including volumes, savings & compliance
- Conduct tactical supplier performance checks (responsiveness, pricing stability, delivery adherence)
- Support proactive spend reviews to highlight leakage & contractable spend
