Job description

Associate PTP Consultant with German
Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. - Łódź

We are looking for a candidate with:
- Around 4 years of experience in Invoice to Pay (PTP) process, OTC and/or RTR would be an additional asset
- Proficient English and German (at least C1) - essential for client communication purposes
- Higher education in accounting or finance would be advantage
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Experience in month-end and year-end closing activities within Invoice to Pay process
- Very good communication skills, problem-solving attitude, and ability to work effectively in a team
- Experience in transition and project management

Your key activities:
- Backlog reduction in vendor reconciliation and order creation
- Identifying and mapping process improvement opportunities
- Aligning potential transition conditions with the client
- Process stabilization
- Transitioning new activities from client's location
- Ongoing cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
