Senior List Manager
Domain Lead
Job Summary:
- Will work with marketing partners on campaign requests
- Review & interpret campaign specifications provided
- Discuss on timeline & priority of requests
- Will also have visibility on volume forecast
- Will be in constant touch with Sr. Ops Manager in India and coordinate with Onshore leads
- Assigning Campaign tickets to List managers and performing QC for all campaign builds
- Provide feedback to List managers
- Will be the point of contact for all escalations

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Minimum 7 years of experience related to the job description.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in Team management & Client Handling
- Excellent written & communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of SQL is must with working experience of 5-7 years
- Audience Build for campaigns using UNICA tool with working experience of 5-7 years
- Understand list-selection criteria and ensure achievement of all objectives.
- Create & send waterfall reports for Campaign manager’s approval.
- Perform quality check and ensure quality in campaign implementation.
- Coordinate with clients and prepare lists for all campaigns.
- Conducts training & coaches list managers
- Supervise effective implementation of marketing campaigns; recommend changes and modifications to various campaign data.
- Analyze campaigns and provide recommended improvements to all campaigns and prepare appropriate reports.
- Perform troubleshoots on all campaigns to ensure quality of all programs.
- Monitor inventories for all campaigns daily and ensure client satisfaction in all activities.
- Participate in all calls related to campaigns.
