Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
RTR Accountant with English
Location: Lodz - hybrid work

Responsibilities:
Execute day to day operational tasks such as Journal Entries, Reconciliations, Intercompany, Consolidations, Month end close activities, fixed assets
Train team members on various processes and domain related requirements
Identify and execute transformation projects
Act as a knowledge manager (Documentation, updating, version control)
Ensure quality of the deliverables
Follow the documented procedures
Understand Client processes

Requirements:
2-3 years of F&A experience (min. 1 year of General Ledger experience)
Fluent English (min. B2 level)
Higher education in accounting/finance and/ or accounting courses would be an asset
Domain knowledge of F&A processes
Good understanding of accounting rules
Analytical skills and experience on process simplification / transformation
ERP experience (MS Dynamics would be an asset)
People management skills
Team player with good communication and documentation skills
Openness for working in hybrid mode 3/2 (3 days from the office, 2 days from home)
Openness to occasional business trips to the client
