Job description

HR Administration Specialist with German
Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. - Łódź


We are looking for a candidate with:
- 1-2 years of experience in HR Administration/HR Payroll (German market experience is highly desirable)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) and German (C1 level or higher) - both spoken and written, essential for client communication purposes

- Secondary education or higher
- Good computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask, combined with good communication and analytical abilities

- Proactive approach to anticipating client needs and solving problems
- Ability to participate in client meeting and deliver assigned tasks on time
- Attention to detail and understanding of GDPR compliance


Your key activities:

- Managing assigned HR-related tickets in a timely manner
- Ensuring all inquiries are accurately recorded in the ticketing system
- Taking responsibility for issues raised by the Client
- Performing appropriate follow-up actions in case of escalations
- Participating in client discussions regarding processes
- Answering incoming calls - service line
- Achieving goals and SLAs
