Job description

Currently we are looking for a candidate for the position of:
Junior Accountant with German
Location: Lodz – hybrid

Responsibilities:
Managing the dunning process for German-speaking customers

Handling incoming queries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner
Performing open items analysis and monitoring outstanding receivables
Responding to and resolving client queries efficiently
Identifying process gaps and suggesting improvement opportunities
Maintaining effective communication and building professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
Preparing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Requirements:
A few months of accounting experience would be an advantage, preferably in Accounts Receivable (AR)

Very good German and English (minimum B2) – essential for client communication purposes
Good knowledge of Excel
Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset and attention to detail
Ability to understand the bigger picture while maintaining a strong focus on data accuracy and analysis
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, including ad hoc assignments
Customer-oriented approach with a proactive attitude
Ability to work effectively under pressure
