Senior Process Executive in Time & Expense with French - Lodz

English & French min.B2 (essential for client communication purposes)

Your key activities:
Respond to e-mail & telephone customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Audit and analyse non-compliant expense reports to ensure adherence to company policy
Identify process gaps and provide recommendations for efficiency improvements
Collaborate with a local finance team to support analysis of processed claims
Ensure compliance with quality, efficiency and business control parameters
Support standard operating procedures, take part in Time Study measurements and Risk Assessments
