Senior Accounting Team Lead (OTC) with German

We are looking for candidates with:

Fluent German (min. C1) and very good English (min. B2) - essential for client communication purposes
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in OTC / Order to Cash / Finance & Accounting
Previous experience in a team lead or coordinator role
Strong understanding of OTC processes (cash application, collections, deductions, etc.)
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Experience in an SSC/BPO environment will be an advantage
University degree (preferred)
Willingness to travel occasionally to client locations
Ability to quickly learn and implement new systems/ERP solutions within the team
Strong prioritization and organizational skills
Your responsibilities:

Team leadership & process coordination:
Leading and supporting a team within the OTC domain
Monitoring team performance and ensuring delivery against SLAs and KPIs
Onboarding, training, and development of team members
Acting as a point of contact for internal stakeholders
Building and maintaining effective relationships with client representatives
Ensuring process compliance and maintaining up-to-date documentation
Process improvement:
Identifying areas for improvement and supporting the implementation of changes
Ensuring adherence to internal controls and quality standards
Setting and monitoring team targets
