We are hiring:
Operations Manager – Finance & Accounting (RTR)
Ready to lead regional RTR operations and drive process excellence? Join us as an Operations Manager and take ownership of delivery, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Build strong relationships and support regional governance and performance reviews
• Drive SLA/KPI achievement and operational excellence within RTR
• Manage escalations, risk mitigation, and compliance requirements
• Support transitions, process standardization, and transformation initiatives
• Identify automation, productivity, and optimization opportunities
• Ensure resource readiness and foster a high-performance culture

• 10+ years of Finance & Accounting experience
• 5+ years in regional or multi-country leadership roles
• Strong expertise in Record to Report, including Fixed Assets
• Experience managing stakeholders, escalations, and cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of controls, audit, compliance, and risk management
• Experience with transitions, transformation, and process improvement programs
• BPO/SSC/GBS experience is an assets
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills
