Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
Tax Process Lead with English and Polish
Location: Lodz - hybrid work

Responsibilities:
Performing F&A processes / tax process including preparation of different types of tax reports especially related to VAT for countries in EMEA region
Participating in various tax projects as Tax Consultant – process definition, knowledge transfer, process documentations, transition of tax processes from client to SCC/ outsourcing partner
Monitoring e-invoicing developments and supporting implementation projects, including documentation preparation
Designing and driving improvements and automation for tax processes, including participation in cross-functional projects focused on the implementation of tax technology tools
Ensuring tax operations are carried out according to the legal requirements, Group finance policies and agreed SLAs/ KPIs
Playing active role in transformation, continuous improvement, process standardization and automation
Monitoring and implementing tax law changes to the process

Requirements:
3-5 years of relevant experience in TAX and RTR
Very good command of English min. B2
Polish language is a must (essential for client communication purposes)
University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Tax or equivalent field of study
Very good knowledge of SAP or another ERP package, especially S4Hana
Very good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel
Good understanding of accounting and tax regulations
Ability to review, understand and interpret financial data
High analytical skills, paying attention to details
Ability to establish and maintain business relationship with Clients
Excellent communication skills
Problem-solving skills
