OTC Specialist with Spanish
Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. - Łódź - Hybrid / Poland - Remotely

We are looking for a candidate with:
Higher education (e.g. accounting/finance would be an asset)
Spanish on min. B2 level (essential for client communication purposes)
Experience in OtC domain
Strong customer orientation
Good communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to contact customers by phone
Multitasking and eagerness to learn and develop

Your key activities:
Manage collection activities:
Be responsible for managing and collecting debt
Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments
Contact customers by phone and email
Build relationship with external customers
Maintain and reconcile AR accounts
Collaborate with clients, customers, and other departments
