Job description

Junior Accounts Receivable Specialist with German
Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. - Łódź


We are looking for a person with
- At least 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable or F&A domain
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in German and English (at least B2) - essential for client communication purposes
- Problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a results‑oriented mindset
- Ability to understand both the big picture and detailed data, supported by analytical skills

- Excellent teamwork and collaboration
- Ability to handle multiple and ad‑hoc tasks
- Customer‑oriented and proactive approach
- Good knowledge of Excel


Your key activities
- Handling the Dunning process for the German market
- Managing email and phone queries
- Performing open items analysis
- Resolving client queries in a timely and professional manner
- Identifying process gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Ensuring effective communication and maintaining strong professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
- Preparing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
