Infosys BPM is a global leader in digital services and business process management, supporting clients across 46 countries. For one of our leading international FMCG clients, we are looking for a proactive and organized Procurement Project Coordinator.

About the Role

As a Procurement Project Coordinator, you will support The Senior CAPEX Buyer with supplier coordination, procurement administration, reporting, and project follow-up. You will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure procurement activities are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior CAPEX Buyer with daily coordination and administrative tasks.
  • Follow up with suppliers on deliveries, documentation, and project milestones.
  • Prepare and negotiate specific procurement lots, in conjunction with stakeholders, and contract these lots in a client's compliant way.
  • Maintain procurement trackers, reports, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate communication between suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress, track actions, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of procurement-related information.

Skills & Qualifications

  • MBO/HBO education or equivalent qualification.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch language skills and familiarity with Dutch business culture are an advantage.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong process-driven mindset and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in project support, supplier coordination, expediting, or procurement-related activities, preferably within technical, engineering, or FMCG environments.
  • NEVI certification or procurement-related training is a plus.
