PTP & OTC Specialist with Spanish
Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. - Łódź - Hybrid 3/2

We are looking for a candidate with:
Experience in customer-facing roles
Spanish C1/C2, English C1 (essential for client's communication purposes)
2 years of experience in working with clients (in AR or another F&A domain)
Good communication skills, attitude for problem solving and teamwork skills
Good knowledge of MS Office package
Highly developed, self-organization

Your key activities:
Telephone contact in Spanish (responding to phone calls, e-mails, and queries from the clients)
Perform cash collection activities – chasing customers, managing open items
Supporting AR team with payment methods maintaining
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly regular financial reports
Ongoing e-mail communication in Spanish and English
Collaborating with other teams and internal customers
