Role Context
The Fixed Income product provides live data on Corporate and Sovereign Bonds, along with key analytical and industry-specific data points based on official documentation. This role offers a strong foundation in Fixed Income markets and allows for deep market understanding through hands-on experience and document analysis.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
  • Review and update corporate bond data using internal systems and proprietary software
  • Respond to and resolve client queries
  • Perform quality control on securities data
  • Identify and reconcile data discrepancies
  • Build and maintain client and contributor relationships
  • Collaborate globally on time-sensitive projects and new initiatives


Essential Criteria
  • Demonstrated interest in financial markets and strong knowledge of fixed income
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail with speed and accuracy in data processing
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills
