Role ContextThe Fixed Income product provides live data on Corporate and Sovereign Bonds, along with key analytical and industry-specific data points based on official documentation. This role offers a strong foundation in Fixed Income markets and allows for deep market understanding through hands-on experience and document analysis.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables- Review and update corporate bond data using internal systems and proprietary software
- Respond to and resolve client queries
- Perform quality control on securities data
- Identify and reconcile data discrepancies
- Build and maintain client and contributor relationships
- Collaborate globally on time-sensitive projects and new initiatives
Essential Criteria- Demonstrated interest in financial markets and strong knowledge of fixed income
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Fluency in English and German
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- High attention to detail with speed and accuracy in data processing
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong written communication and presentation skills
