THE POSITION
As a Senior Consultant with Infosys Portland, you will drive and support the execution of procurement and supply chain strategies, and work with clients to direct implementation. You will work across a range of clients, projects, and industries utilising your analytical and problem-solving skills in a procurement or supply chain context to meet our client’s needs.

EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCE NECESSARY
Review the checklist of a successful candidate:

  • Degree Qualifications in Engineering, Business, Economics, Commerce, Law or Science
  • SAP ARIBA Sourcing experience is essential
  • Master's qualifications would be advantageous
  • At least 2-3 years procurement consulting experience within corporate or professional services
  • Experience within or assisting blue-chip organizations
  • Experience managing own projects and small project teams
  • Solid analytical skills and tech-savvy
  • Functional knowledge in the areas of sourcing, procurement transformation, SRM and supply chain
  • Excellent team skills with the ability to lead and/or take direction
  • Demonstrated people management skills, including coaching of both junior employees and client staff
  • Good facilitator and ability to develop a storyline for clients
