Job description

Infosys is trusted by it's client, to provide Technical Support in Finnish language to it's employees. We are seeking Finnish speakers to join our team and resolve technical issues of end users, based in Finland.


Your tasks in detail:

  • Providing 1st level technical support, service restoration and fulfillment of service requests
  • Acting as the connection between end-users and product teams
  • Registering, analyzing, prioritizing, solving and assigning all incoming cases during the agreed time in an accurate and efficient manner ensuring high level of quality
  • Managing communication between end-users and product teams about the progress of ongoing cases
  • Providing daily support, ensuring that it meets the defined agreements, KPIs and OKRs, as well as ensuring compliance towards legislations, policies and other requirements
  • Updating incidents with detailed and relevant information in a timely and effective manner
  • Solving more complex issues within the assigned business area, using different support channels in order to improve co-worker efficiency
