Purpose of the Role


The Process Executive is responsible for executing client transactions in accordance with predefined processes and timelines. This includes document verification, order and agreement processing, data analysis, email-based query resolution, and vendor interaction for order management (depending on process requirements). The role requires strict adherence to compliance, quality standards, and SLA objectives while operating within Infosys guidelines and policies.

Areas of Responsibility


1. SLA and Process Compliance


  • Execute transaction requests received from stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to all SLAs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Understand, process, and validate transactions as per defined procedures.
  • Respond to transaction-related queries promptly.

2. Stakeholder Interaction


  • Provide high‑quality stakeholder communication across required channels (primarily email).

3. Knowledge / Process Management


  • Participate in knowledge-improvement and upskilling sessions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Others


  • Serve as backup support for team members as needed.
  • Specific language proficiency may be required depending on the process.
