What will be your responsibilities?
- Be a first point of contact for our customers
- Taking care of the current organization and administrative activities at Reception
- Supporting internal and external customers
- Answering phone calls incoming for a “general number” and from the whole center
- Notifying the hosts and registration of the visitors in the line with rules & procedures
- Access card's management
- Handling Travel and Accommodations
- Registration and administration of incoming and outgoing mail
- Cooperation with courier services
- Taking care of procurement processes: purchase of goods, cost control, invoice verification
- Email/phone contact with clients, suppliers, employees
- Other administrative activities
What we expect from you?- Fluent Czech and English language skills (written and verbal)
- Strong active listening skills and ability to work independently
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar position
- Minimum High School education
- Practical knowledge of MS Office
- Very good communication & interpersonal skills
- Customer orientation
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work under time pressure and in multi-tasking environment
- Ability to work in accordance with procedures
