OM Specialist with French
Location: Lodz

We are looking for a candidate with:
- Knowledge of French (B2/C1) and English (min. B2)- essential for client communication purposes
- 1-2 Years of experience in OM
- Experience in working with supply chain and/or logistics processes
- Hands-on experience with SAP system (must have)
- Ability to create and maintain process documentation
- Participation in process migration projects is considered an asset
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to view processes from a broader perspective in order to clarify and simplify them
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with various stakeholders involved in the process
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel


Your key activities:
- Order management (creation/changes)
- Supporting customer queries
- Inventory management (checking stock availability- system /cooperation with warehouse, stock allocation).
- Creating deliveries
- Creation of shipping documents / shipping instructions
- Managing customer disputes (any discrepancies)/ claims/processing return orders
- Orders monitoring from receipt till delivery
- Auditing carrier invoices
- Participation in Process transition
