OM/Quoting Specialist with French- Lodz
Location: Lodz

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Knowledge of French (B2/C1) and English (min. B2)- essential for client communication purposes
• Proficient MS Excel
• Hands-on experience in working on Order Management, Quote Management, Contract management environment
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Customer / Client facing experience would be handy
• Good understanding of Order Management process / Quote to Order
• Clear written & oral communication skills with internal customers
• Sound analytical & interpersonal skills
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnosis skills
• Experience in working on ERP systems i.e SAP & Web based tools, Direct, Sales Force
• Acumen for quality at work
• Good knowledge on KPI’s and SLA’s
  
  
  Your key activities:
  Support Request in the area of quotes creation, amendments
• Support building training & Work Instructions.
• Interact with the sales department, 3rd party teams through chat or calls
• Provide email support for sales department and 3rd party teams
• Interact effectively with upstream and downstream teams
• Provide subject matter expertise for complex issues.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous process improvement
• Use existing knowledge base to provide a customer facing root cause assessment.
