OTC Senior Team Lead with English

We are looking for a candidate with:

Very good command of English ( B2/ C1)
At least 2 years of experience in leading F&A team, preferably OTC or in a similar position
Minimum 3–4 years eexperience in OTC process, preferable in SSC/ BPO
Working knowledge of Windows, Excel and Word, Google environment would be an additional asset
Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
Ability to adjust quickly to new processes and procedures
Ability to work and make decisions independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong Customer Orientation with proven experience in building and maintaining client relation
Ability to proactively identify and resolve problems
Higher education degree
Team player who helps create a result focused and motivating team environment

Your key activities:
Daily management of OTC team (OTC daily and monthly activities, petty cash, bonuses, deductions, order mng, reconciliation etc)
Team Building & Management ( recruitment, development, daily management, offboarding)
Creation and update of process documentation
Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities
Maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders
Keeping regular, close relation with Client
Facilitate and/or participate in team and customer meetings
Participating in client discussions regarding processes and projects
Taking responsibility for issues raised by the Client
Achieving goals and SLAs
Risk & compliance management
