Cash Application and Collection (OTC) Team Leader
Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. - Łódź - Hybrid 2/3

We are looking for a candidate with:
University diploma preferred, ideally in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Very good command of English
Min 2 years of experience on similar position(Team Leader)
4 years of experience in F&A and deep OTC end-to-end process understanding & process knowledge
Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 would be an asset
Experience in Transition of the processes would be an asset
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Confident managing day‑to‑day client interactions and escalations.

Your key activities:
Supporting the transition of OTC processes from multiple countries, including knowledge transfer, stabilizing operations, and embedding standardized ways of working across the newly onboarded markets.
Managing the performance of the team, ensuring that the service levels are met
Monitoring risk of service provided and ensuring implementation of mitigation measures
Coaching, mentoring and developing team members
Providing operational support to team members
Handling client communication and escalations
